    Kangmin Lim is a South Korean mixed media artist who explores the idea of borderland of consciousness and unconsciousness through large-scale pen and watercolor based drawing and experimental animation. She got her BFA at the Columbus College of Art and Design(CCAD) with honors degree in 2018 and will complete her MFA in Computer Arts at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Lim was awarded CCAD Academic Scholarship for four years and The Chuck Herndon Endowed Scholarship for the 2016-2017 academic year in CCAD. Lim completed her first solo exhibition "ZZZ"(2018) and was featured in numerous exhibitions in Columbus including “Chroma: The Best of CCAD” at CCAD(2016-2018). Lim also exhibited her works in New York, including SVA MFACA Fall exhibition “Left to Devices”(2018) and in South Korea including “Lines of Thought”(2018). Lim worked at the personal trading company Comma and created website detail pages(2016). She was also judge’s assistant at the Korea Art Education Association for The 77th World Children Art Conference(2015).
